Check itinerary prior to parking at the airport. Departing airline may not be the same as returning airline. Which may necessitate a very long walk. In the dark.
Get one of those "head light" flash lights, the ones with the elastic that looks like a head band.... that way your hands can be free to carry your luggage as you search out you car in the darkness! (Makes for a good visual huh?)

Oh dear.
Hope it wasn't too long a walk and that the dark wasn't that spooky, someone is behind me, walk faster kind of dark.
