Yesterday morning I transplanted a Yarrow plant that was over taking my garden. Yesterday morning was rather warm. The kids were in and out of the house in vary stages of pajamas. Upon finishing, dripping with sweat, I decided to head straight to the pool. I knew if I went into the house to find my bathing suit I would never actually make it into the pool. So I told Middle to "come on," and headed straight for the pool.
I took my shirt and pants off and jumped in! Middle was hesitant to join me until he had his bathing suit on. The family began to trickle out of the house to join me. KD made his way out whereupon I said, "Who cares, it's our pool!" "Absolutely!" He concurred. Oldest came out and said, "Hey mom you are swimming in your underwear!" She is so observant. She stripped right down and joined me, sans underpants. Upon entering the water and swimming to me, she said, "I FEEL SO FREE!" KD and I looked at each other and laughed out loud. Children are so innocent and real. Then we looked at each other and said, "Blog!"

Isn't it funny how every time something unexpected or silly happens, the first thing we think of is blogging about it?
How cute is that? :) I wish I had myself a nice cement pond to jump in half naked. Jealous!
i don't think the white trash gain their reputations due to being uninhibited!
Amazing how fabulous going commando can be!
I (ahem) have never been nekkid in a pool so I have never experienced that sense of freedom. It does sound lovely, though!
Oh how I wish I could do that!! It sounds like a blast!!!
My neighbor over the fence is a hippie and hea has a pool, I'm sure he wouldn't be phased one bit if my kids and I jumped in his pool in our skivvies.
