It is Sunday.
Sunday is really the only day that I enjoy creating something for my family to eat. We have slowed down, chores are being done, jammies are still being worn and some Sundays, we even make it to church, but not this Sunday. This Sunday I am making brisket. Hmmmmm....Brisket for KD. It is his birthday tomorrow, so we shall celebrate tonight. Brisket. Potatoes. Noodles. Peas. Chocolate cake with whipped cream frosting.
